At SlomoTraining, we focus on building athletes who move with purpose. Our training isn’t just about running faster or jumping higher — it’s about developing the explosiveness, agility, reaction, and footwork that translate directly to performance in competition. Every drill is designed to mimic real game demands so athletes can perform at their best when it matters most.

I’ve trained my entire life as an athlete and worked in recruiting, which gives me a unique perspective on what it takes to stand out at the next level. I know what coaches are looking for, and I prepare athletes to not only meet but exceed those expectations. My goal is simple: to help each athlete unlock their potential and bring their best version to the field, court, or track.

We teach the why behind every drill, ensuring each movement has purpose and every session drives real progress. Training with intent builds not only elite athletic ability but also mental resilience, discipline, and leadership.
